2004 Years Start PL FURNITURE SDN BHD

In 2004, we began to focus on the imported furniture business. This strategic change greatly enhanced our market competitiveness. In order to meet the growing demand, we have expanded the cargo hold and increased storage space to make product turnover more efficient.

At the same time, we have formed a stronger team covering multiple departments such as procurement, logistics, and customer service. These changes not only improve our operational efficiency but also ensure that customers receive the products they need quickly. We always aim at customer satisfaction, constantly optimize service processes, and strive to achieve the best balance between quality and efficiency.

In 2014, we decided to implement a team management model and create an independent brand for each product. This move enables us to divide our product lines in more detail and focus on the characteristics and advantages of each category, thereby improving product quality and market competitiveness.

At the same time, we have also added a quality control (QC) department to strengthen monitoring and inspection during the production process. This not only improves product consistency and reliability, but also significantly reduces the incidence of after-sales problems, allowing customers to purchase with peace of mind.
